Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales are generally final once delivery occurs, except as described below.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only applicable for accounts purchased with full email access, within 7 days of purchase, and only under the following conditions:
- No game has been played on the account by the buyer.
- You have been provided with a wrong account mistakenly.
We are not responsible if the buyer resells the account to another individual.
