We do not claim ownership over the products or content offered. By making a purchase, you are paying for our time and effort—whether for completing a service (such as boosting) or for preparing, managing, and reselling accounts.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the following:

2.1 All products are guaranteed only at the moment of sale. We are responsible solely for the account’s functionality at that specific time.

2.2 After the purchase is completed, we are no longer responsible for the account’s status or performance. Any issues that arise afterward are entirely the buyer’s responsibility.

2.3 Any claims regarding a non-functional account must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

2.4 All accounts are accurately described, tested before sale, and sold to only one buyer.

2.5 All sales are final. Purchased accounts cannot be refunded or exchanged.

2.6 Purchasing game accounts, virtual currency, or in-game items may violate the terms of service of game developers and can result in penalties such as account suspension or loss of content. Trust Accs is not affiliated with any game developers and is not responsible for any consequences resulting from such actions.

3. IMPORTANT NOTICE

We do not hack, access, or obtain accounts through unauthorized means.

Warning: Our platform provides access to information-based services that are organized and resold based on specific criteria. We do not take responsibility for the content of such information. All products are intended for informational purposes only. Any illegal use is strictly discouraged. We are not responsible for any actions taken by users after a purchase.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All original content created on this website is the property of Trust Accs.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to the intellectual property of either Epic Games or Trust Accs.

5. SALES INFORMATION

Once account details have been delivered or a service has been completed, the transaction is considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless the product or service provided does not match its description.

Any issues must be reported immediately through our contact form.

6. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only applicable for accounts purchased with full email access, within 7 days of purchase, and only under the following conditions:

• No game has been played on the account by the buyer.
• You have been provided with a wrong account mistakenly.
  

We are not responsible if the buyer resells the account to another individual.
